Coordinated Program in Dietetics (CPD)
The CPD program includes coursework AND supervised practice experience. The graduate is eligible to take the national registration exam and become an RD upon completion of the BS degree. USU boasts a near 100% pass rate on the registration exam while the national pass rate is about 80%.
Students complete prerequisites and make application to the CPD during the spring semester of their sophomore year. Ten to twelve students are accepted annually into the junior level coursework and clinical experiences.

Students complete coursework and 1200 hours of supervised practice during their junior and senior year.
