Randall Bagley is the Dairy Plant Manager and oversees the production of ice cream, fluid milk, yogurt and processed cheese.  He also does all quality control procedures for these products and oversees sanitation and cleaning.  He assists in research projects, teaches the NFS 5030 lab and is state chair for the FFA Dairy Foods Contest.  He hires and assists in the training of student help.
