Biography

Stacy Bevan, MS, RD is an NDFS professional practice assistant professor, teaches two required courses for the majors Dietetics and FCSE, and co-advises the DSA club.

Teaching Interests

Helping individuals develop healthy and positive relationships with food by way of education, cooking techniques, and sensory experiences.

Research Interests

Innovative teaching approaches including blended learning and its impact on student learning and satisfaction.
