Biography
Stacy Bevan, MS, RD is a professional practice associate professor in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences. She is committed to implementing practices to enhance student learning and engagement.
Teaching Interests
Stacy Bevan currently teaches: NDFS 1260 Food Literacy (lecture and lab sections), NDFS 4780 Maternal and Child Nutrition, and NDFS 4790 Maternal and Child Nutrition Lab. She has also taught: NDFS 3070 Science of Food Preparation. She has taught in traditional face-to-face and blended formats.
Research Interests
Innovative teaching approaches including blended learning and impacts on student learning and satisfaction.
